ORDER
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about the products, price, as well as billing and delivery address.
If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at contact@theswedishdeathcleaners.com.
DELIVERY
Our normal delivery times are 4–10 working days. Note! Orders placed on weekends are shipped at the earliest the following Monday.
Due to high demand with the postal service provider, delays may occur. We ask for your understanding, as this is beyond our control. We will notify you via email if a delay should occur.
If the delivery is delayed without us notifying you of a longer delivery time, please contact us at contact@theswedishdeathcleaners.com.
Please note that additional customs and VAT charges may apply as you, the customer, are a private importer of the product.
PRICES
All purchases on the website are paid in SEK (kr), the currency we offer.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes caused by suppliers, misprints, or other inaccuracies, and we reserve the right to modify prices.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing on the website, you as a customer have a legal right to a 14-day cancellation period, but we offer 30 days from the receipt of the item. You must notify us via email and receive confirmation, otherwise your return is invalid. Return address: Värmdövägen 738, 132 35 Saltsjö-Boo.
5.1 When exercising the right of withdrawal:
You must notify us via contact@theswedishdeathcleaners.com that you have changed your mind. Provide your name, address, email address, order number, and which items are being returned.
The product must be returned immediately and no later than within 30 days after the withdrawal notification.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the product. Send well-packaged in the original packaging. Return shipping costs approximately 300 SEK depending on the origin address.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation if the item is used or damaged.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products with broken seals for audio or video recording.
Custom-made products with a clear personal touch.
Services performed after your explicit consent.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
We inspect all products before delivery. If the product is still damaged or defective, we undertake to rectify the error free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
6.1 Complaint Procedure
Errors or defects should be reported to contact@theswedishdeathcleaners.com. Provide your name, address, email address, order number, and describe the issue.
If the error cannot be rectified or replaced with an equivalent product, we will refund you according to consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping costs for approved claims.
We can deny a complaint if the product is not deemed faulty according to the law. In case of a dispute, we follow the guidelines of ARN (arn.se).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We are not responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or failure of delivery from the supplier.
We are not responsible for product changes or features altered by the supplier.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We reserve the right for typographical errors and final sales. We do not guarantee that images accurately represent the exact appearance of products, as color differences may be due to screen, photo, or resolution.
INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES

By shopping at TheSwedishDeathCleaners, you accept our data protection policy and the processing of personal data. We do not collect more information than necessary to process your order and never sell data without legal basis.
TheSwedishDeathCleaners is the data controller. The data is used to manage orders and, if you have chosen, newsletters or promotions.

To manage your order and customer service inquiries, we store first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
The data is stored as long as we have a legal basis, for example, to fulfill agreements or comply with the Accounting Act.
10.3 Legal basis
During purchase, personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement. Marketing occurs with your consent.
10.4 What data is shared and for what purpose?
10.4.1 Payment provider
First name, last name, address, email address, and phone number are shared with our payment provider. When paying by invoice, personal identification number is also shared. The purpose is to complete the purchase and prevent fraud. Payment provider: Klarna.
10.4.2 Freight companies
For delivery, first and last names as well as address details are shared. Email address and/or mobile number may be shared for notification. Shipping company: PostNord.
10.4.3 Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your first and last name as well as your email address will be shared with our provider Klaviyo.
10.5 Right of access
You have the right to obtain extracts of all the information we have about you.
10.6 Right to rectification
You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information.
10.7 The right to be forgotten
You can request the deletion of your data, except for information that must be retained by law (e.g., the Accounting Act).

We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information.
We use the Swedish platform Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB in Helsingborg.
